Dx of TMD continues - When to treat and when to refer out
Affects of TMD on orthodontic Dx and how to apply it in your ortho planning.

TMD treatment methods
Management of TMD in children and adults
Day 2
9am-12pm TMJ Splints and hands on portion on efficient CR splint construction.
12-1pm lunch
1pm-4pm - clinical cases
