Course Description
- This lecture will help dentists understand craniofacial development from child to adult.
- Dr. Yoon will introduce her growth modification protocol at different age groups in three dimensions of craniofacial structure for the sleep disorder breathing.
- Course will discuss guidelines and examples of timely planned skeletal growth modification protocol and how to incorporate it with other SDB treatments as a multidisciplinary team.
- Newest techniques and protocol to achieve ideal skeletal structures will advance clinicians to apply the SDB management strategy in their practice.
About Dr. Yoon

Dr. Audrey Yoon is a dual-trained orthodontist and pediatric dentist.

Yoon is a diplomat of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, as well as the American Board of Orthodontics. She is an adjunct assistant professor in orthodontics at Stanford University Sleep Medicine Center and University of Pacific. and a co-director of the Pediatric Dental Sleep Mini-Residency program at Tufts University.

Currently, her active areas of research include: craniofacial growth modification, surgery-first approaches to maxillomandibular advancement, and the genomic study to identify genetic anatomical factors relating to OSA.
